Our stores provide a unique retail experience, with in-store theatre provided by our small animal pet villages, fish aquariums and reptile vivaria. Our customers value product that is different, regularly refreshed and innovative, which is reflected in our exclusive, private brand and own label products. We also offer services to our customers, such as microchipping, nutrition consultations and water testing.
Vets and Groomers
Veterinary care and grooming services are another way in which Pets at Home stores offer more than typical pet shops.
There are two veterinary group brands within Pets at Home; Companion Care and Vets4Pets, which form the UK’s second largest branded veterinary surgery Group. The 338 veterinary practices are located both within stores, as well as in stand-alone locations, throughout the UK.
Groom Rooms offer a wide range of services including full grooming, bath and blow dry, Microchipping, puppy grooming and nail clipping. There are currently 179 Groom Room salons in Pets at Home stores throughout the UK.
