Summer Fun events listing

Yate Centre will be buzzing with a month-long programme of fun and activities in August to keep visitors entertained.
Starting on 30th July with classic Punch & Judy entertainment, there will be a continuous programme on every Tuesday and Thursday alongside the Beach throughout August until the final Thursday (29th) when there will be a ‘Day at the Movies’ with the Beach closing on Saturday 31st August.
Andrew Lowrey, Yate Shopping Centre Manager: “The summer programme is always a blockbuster and this year is no exception. There is something for everybody’s taste included whether young or old and this year, being an Olympic year, we’ve included some sporting fun and crafts in the activities. Also, there is always the draw of the near one hundred shops in the Centre along with its many eateries and the cinema for those who like wider entertainment.”
